Any other forum users who have Aspergers and live in the UK peeved off by this dance music rubbish that idiots (I call them t***s) listen to while driving their cars? I have Aspergers myself and it makes me angry. At times I have said "f***ing s***" when I hear this crap while I am out. I feel like declaring war on this pathetic excuse for music. Its been going on for 10 years (too long). It leaves me so cold that I don't listen to any music from this decade and instead I only listen to 80s music on Spotify and YouTube. I am shocked that there has been no backlash against this dance music rubbish from other artists. There should be. I get the impression that this cack is more popular than stuff from the guitar bands (alas Coldplay and indie music cannot react because they are dull and apathetic and need shooting). I am also shocked that journalists in national and local newspapers have not noticed this evil stuff. Its like they have gone to sleep. It would be nice if a band could react to this godawful s**** with an angry noise. The morons who listen to this dmr should realise that not everybody likes their stuff and should not always force it onto others when they are driving their cars. Rant over.

Wooo! 80s music is the best! How old are you? I listen to 80s tunes, but I grew up with them so...

I agree about the thumping cars. We call them boom cars in the US. Over here, in addition to a 1000W stereo system, they usually have a bright paint job, a home-made wing in the back, and a modified exhaust to make the engine sound extra loud. Bloody kids! Get off my lawn! :P

Oh yeah! They make our office desks vibrate when they drive past our building in the main street of town. It'd be a different story if they were playing good music though, then I'd salute them instead cringing when they drive past.

I personally can't stand motorcycles. I'm not sure if this is relevant to the topic, though.

Heh heh heh... You very much reminded me of a friend of my husband with that comment of yours. That is something he would do. I can picture it now... him calling up, "Hey... you all might want to turn off the power right about now..." Heh.

Where I live, I hear morons passing by all of the time booming their rap crap out of their speakers! Annoying, especially when you're walking to/from a bus stop! At night, it's BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM and makes everything vibrate in my apartment!

They should have laws against this!

It's not the dance music that I find that offensive, it's those that listen to the Hip-Hop/R'n'B style that seems to be popular at the moment that really irritates me. I want to get a car one day just so I can find out where these gimps live, park outside their houses at unusual times of the night and listen to 80's music or heavy metal on full blast in it, see how they like having music they hate forced on them

I have nothing against any type of music, but I listen to music only when I want to! Sometimes there are cars passing by with music full blast late at night when I need complete silence! Ugh!
