Redbox movies

Has anyone ever heard of these locations? They're like vending machines except it's with movies. You just go up to it, put in your credit/debit card and select what movie you want and the DVD pops out. The rental is $1 a day and after 25 days the movie is yours to keep if you never return it. You can return the movie to any redbox location.

I discovered them yesterday and I decided to start using them to rent new releases since that's all they have and every Tuesday, new titles are added but all the titles are limited.

Sounds cool, but I don't think I'd use one. Just seems unneccesary to me. Also they could put small video-rental places out of business and make people lose their jobs so maybe they aren't so great. I like those cozy little family-owned rental stores.

You mean the ones in front of McDonald's? I've heard of them, but I have never used them.

I'm not a renting type. Usually, when I see a title I like, I like it enough to buy it.

I've never heard of "redbox", but if you mean DVD rental vending machines in general, then yes, I've seen them around, and heard them being discussed on a radio program.

I've only rented a DVD once in my life, and I never did find time to actually watch it (just made sure to return it on time so that I didn't incur a late fee). I doubt I'll be utilizing these vending machines anytime soon.
