back before I met my wife, I had a massive cyst on my back that I was able to pop and drain over the course of two days.

I know I should have showered afterward but...

It's my understanding that the sebaceous glands are what produce pheromones. I think by popping the cyst, I released some pheromones in abundance thereby making it possible for me to meet my wife and have her fall in love with me.

In short, I popped a sebaceous cyst releasing pheromones and my wife picked up on the chemical signals.
