Speaking of Fudd, the only guy who immediately came to mind is Hansi Kürsch, the lead singer of Blind Guardian.

I don't know if it's just because English isn't his native language, but there's a few songs where it shows up...for instance, in their cover of Dio's Don't Talk to Strangers, he sings "I'm danger, I'm the stwanger."

Or how about Scatman John?
