Ironic is a word often misused. The word you were looking for is "coincidental", because it is wrong to use the word "ironic" in that context.

I saw one saying "The RBS Report Contains Vital Information On How To Beat The Recession".

Ironic because RBS is still losing billions as a result of the recession, they're the last people I'd ask for financial help! :lol:
