Does anyone have "intense" memory of events to where you are there hearing the sounds, smelling the smells? Just today, I was missing my two cats and I could actually "smell" them and feel their soft fur as if they were there in front of me. So, I shut my eyes and pet them in my mind and could actually fell the purring coming from their throats. Poor kits...this makes me believe that they are at "Rainbow Bridge". For those that don't know about Rainbow Bridge...check it out on the net. It's a place where pets go after they die. If you are a true pet lover, it "might" make you cry, so be prepared. Have your sleeve ready!

I've gone to the website, and now I'm a big, blubbery mess. I had an image of my first dog, Taffy running around in doggy heaven.

I'm a big softy.

 "Taffy" that's a beautiful name. My kitty babies were Freddie and Jasper. Freddie died from diabetes. Jasper from (I guess?) old age. I never found his body. My husband thinks he may have gotten into a basement wall and died there. This disturbs me more than I'd like.
But I keep on thinking about an old saying, something like, "crawling in a hole to die"? Maybe that's what Jasper did. I never had closure. :(
