You bet geek is cool! (Is Geek Cool?) Just as surely as that geek is probably on the spectrum! See: Engineers and Autism

A handful of different people called me "cool" back when I was an anime geek. It was probably because I was so into it that I was indifferent to whatever mainstream society had to say about it, which is a quality that other people admired, I guess.

Cool s a relative term. Nerds are cool to other nerds and anyone who respects nerdyness.

I'd argue that nerd is cool. But then, it could be my university and my major - I am surrounded by math(s) and CS types day in and day out.

Geek, on the other hand - I guess it depends on the type of geek you are. In my definition system, "Geek" is just someone who is very knowledgeable in one subject, whereas a nerd is someone into math, physical science, computer science, and perhaps engineering.

Hell yes!! I actually think that the geeky kind of woman is more attractive than the kind of woman that is the prissy, "i broke a nail" type. To be honest GEEK IS COOL! Without Geeks like us, we wouldn't have the ability to communicate with each other like we are doing right now. Computers: By Geeks for Geeks (keeping Aspies entertained for over half a century). It is perfectly fine to be a geek. I would rather be with a geeky aspie woman, than with anyone else. Geek is not only cool, but attractive as well. Yay for us geeks@! !! !!

What are you implying?

Nah, seriously, I do not see myself as a geek. I think nobody does really.... kinda have that arty look, I suppose. (can be quite nerdy though). And cool.... well, I do not really care for being cool.... I just don't care what others think of me any more. (how 8) is that?)

What do you mean, "what am I implying?" I thought it was pretty straightforward .
