We were looking through an old wedding album of dads parents from the 1950's. People were commenting on how beutiful my grandmother looked in the pics and my younger brother said too my father in disbalief "thats your mum?"

What do you think my brother trying too say in that comment aimed at my dad?

He was probably shocked that your grandmother was really beautiful and made that remark as in "no way, I can't believe that's your mom'.
