I've always been very lazy but I put up an old punching bag and I have been using that for the last few days. I think I know how to properly punch now :) . I go for a few minutes until my either of my wrists gets sore or I get too tired. Even with gloves on it's a hard bag, but I just have bad wrists.

Punching sounds satisfying. I've never been able to punch with much force though... more like a puppy pawing at the air :P . The only exercise I do is walking across the college campus everyday.

my stimming is good exercise, but I also do crunches and this rocking step called "The Wave" from The Firm. I don't use the DVD, but I do use the form instructions and I rock on it and do step aerobics with it. I also use small weights. I have an untreated shoulder injury so I am limited with the weights.

Not much, other than walking around my school all day, which is pretty much the only exercise I get.

Nothing but weight-bearing exercise using 10 pound barbells. Sometimes 5 pounders too depending on the exercise. I can't stand aerobics. I do a lot of fast walking though. Jari Love was my only motivator. She has produced some really good DVD's.

I love to swim at night but I haven't done that in a few years since I live in Virginia. Back in Arizona there was a big heated pool and hot tub where I lived in a gated community. I could swim anytime, any season. I walk all over the place here. Sometimes I run but not as much as I should, I think because of the area where I live. I love to take my shoes off and walk on the beach when ever I get the chance.

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I go to the gym to use the treadmill for an hour. It's fantastic.
