Managers fighting

Yesterday my bosses were flipping out at each other over who insulted who. Their fighting nearly got out of hand after they got into finger-pointing and intruding personal space. And as I was their witness I had to spend most of my time writing a report instead of working.
Tonight I close with one of the bosses. But after a nasty altercation I doubt she'll even be allowed to work for some time.

Sometimes I feel like the only grown-up in the department, even if I'm the youngest.

Sometimes being a witness sucks. I mean they have you rat on someone and it can cause you more trouble because you told and the fact what if you had blocked it out and minded your own business as it went on.

Back when I was working at the diving gear factory, my fourth month there, two supervisors at my job, were arguing and telling each other to speak English, right in front of me. An East Indian woman and a Chinese man. They were wrestling with each other.

They're still not talking (avoiding each other). However one of them will be laid off by tomorrow.

I think it's good that the boss is doing something about it.
