Do you like tucking in your shirt, T-shirt or other type of top, or do you let them hang out?

Would it make a difference if it's, say, a button-down shirt as opposed to a T-shirt, or vice versa?

The only shirt I ever tuck in is my work shirt...but that usually makes it way out around 3:30, when the tie gets loosened.

I'd never tuck a t-shirt (or any other top) in though...I think it looks really bad.

I did when I was younger and had to wear a uniform for physical education. Which only lasted about..2 months
It's not that I think it looks bad in general; it's just that it looks goofy with the shirts that I wear.

I only tuck in my shirt whenever I absolutely have to, usually on formal occasions. Otherwise, I never tuck in my shirt. I usually dress very casually.

only a button-up shirt, and only if it's formal wear, like a dress-shirt and slacks.

I don't tuck anything in unless under pain of death.

I always tug the fringe of my shirt down, like Jean Luc Picard does on Star Trek.

...also do not ever tell my kid to tuck it in. If he/she wanted it tucked...it would've been tucked already...go away and tuck your own in.... :x

This one is definitely a sore point with me...tucking...grrrr

I tuck all shirts in. I have some OCD neatness and symmetry type of issues and thats one of them. Always tight and always tucked. Yes, I am aware it looks ridiculous sometimes.
