It was just my wedding anniversary last Thursday - married for nine years now. I just wanted to make mention of it, because I've seen plenty of posts on WP from Aspies who despair they'll never meet someone. I just wanted to say, I had been there years ago. I understand the pain that comes from never having a significant other, while all your friends have someone. Much of my trouble with depression arose, in fact, from this very issue. But don't give up hope. There was someone for me, after all. Maybe there will be someone for you.

Good call, Bill. Congratulations! Maybe you should put this in Love and Dating too, there's a lot of hopeless folks up in there. It's good to see that success is possible.

We had our anniversary number 10 earlier this spring. I use to say that I never managed to get friends but I managed to get myself a husband!! !
