If ANYONE is in Eugene, Oregon can you please take me in?!
Hey everyone I'm in a bit of a bind right now. My parents ran out of money and I ended up having to put college at the University of Oregon on hold and pay my own rent. I just recently turned 21 in May. For about a year now, I worked and survived for a while, but I ran out of work and as a result, ran out of money. I couldn't afford another months rent and had to move into a homeless shelter called the mission on 1st and Chambers st. in Eugene, Oregon. I work here as a live in aide and get my own room and accommodations but only $25 a week. I am basically working all day for a place to sleep. I cannot save up any money if I just stay here.
I see no way to break me out of this if I remain here. I am STUCK! If anyone on wrong planet is in Eugene and can take me in until I get back on my feet I would be eternally grateful. I am very tidy, have good hygene, polite and will gladly do housework like laundry, dishes, weeding, etc, if you let me stay with you for a while. I have an Oregon Trail card so I can buy $200 worth of groceries every month so I can feed myself. Or I can buy the groceries to defray your food costs. I can also bring a 32 inch HD TV, xbox, and netflicks to your home if you let me stay with you until I get a job and earn some money.
I am desperate to get out of this shelter, if you can help me please call me at: 808-392-1998
so we can discuss the issue. I do not have internet access so I cannot check my responses here. My friend posted this for me. So please call me instead, my name is Michael as my username implies. If you have an empty couch it would be awesome! I am backed into a corner and getting desperate. If need be I could also try to find a way to Portland or Seattle as a means of saving anyone a trip.
Again my number is 808-392-1998 and my name is Michael.

I cant help, but I hope somebody can help you. being down and out sucks, My dad was also a homeless vet and had to stay at the mission, to work for his boarding. I was also homeless and stayed one night at the rescue mission and vowed to myself never again. I'd rather sleep under a bridge
*throws some luck your way*
