Ugly. I stick with "skater" shoes for the most part.

My 16 yo brother found a pair of shoes he really likes and wants to buy, but my parents and I all think that they're really ugly. I'm afraid that if my brother wears them out in public, he will be made fun of. He wanted me to make this topic to get an objective opinion on it, because he cannot see why we all hate these shoes.

So please, take a look at these shoes and tell me your honest opinion of them:

That really look like girl shoes, so yes, he might be made fun of for wearing them in public. If only he was a girl...

They look like something Gram Parsons would wear. I couldn't wear them.

for sure!!

My 15yo son would love a pair like these! 8)

By the way superboyian, WOW! How good do you look in that suit!!

I actually thought I looked awesome in that suit. Was a little big though.
It was my 17th birthday back then and we thought that it was a good idea to have a party for it.

My girlfriend thought it was odd and awkward though. I wonder what she would say if I had those shoes?

I would of painted them white anyways.
Either that or sell it on ebay and exchange it for a new phone. ;)

[edit] I've just noticed flowers were the design. 8O

those shoes would not suit me or fit me.
i could attach them to my tracks, but they would be pulled through the top guide chute, and reemerge shredded.
i am happy with the "footwear" i was built with.

Actually, I thought almost the exact same thing when my brother showed them to me. To be honest, I made this thread hoping everyone would say they were ugly and would repel women, because I really didn't want my brother to buy and wear those shoes.

I can strangely enough imagine the pain I would have to go through everyday just for wearing those.
