Does anyone else have difficulty distinguishing whether they are physically ill or emotionally upset? It happens to me all the time. I'll be stressed, and it will make me sick.
At the moment I seem to have some kind of a bug. Over the past few days, I've been bothered by things that I can normally cope pretty well with, and I thought that I was just having a bad few days emotionally. However, this morning I woke up with unmistakable signs of physical illness, and that has most likely been affecting my mental state.
Strong emotions, both negative and positive, tend to give me stomachaches.

Does anyone else have that confusion between physical and emotional?

I notice the difference, but they are not mutually exclusive. I have a strong resistence to sickness, and I attribute much of it to my mental state; the two are very much related.

If I have been awake for a number of days the difference between tiredness, hunger and sometimes thirst blends. Do others find that also?
