How do i get teachers to understand i dont get it?

Im not sure how to tall to the teachers that give me my work because i dont understand anything they try to exsplane to me. and im someone who will not just ask them to exsplane it one time. i got to ask like 4 times and i dont want to do that becaue ill never understand them anyways. what can i do so people will idk put it in a really stright to the point simple way?

Have you spoken to your councilor about it ? Or even your parents. Maybe they can speak with your teachers about what difficulties you're having. It would also be an good idea to spend extra time studying.

Yes i have my mom is never the one to do very helping me out she trys but it dosent show.
And her OCD and deynying things gets in the way it never works. so im kind of stuck..and with my autism ive pritty much done avreything on my own. But studdying would shut me down. but yes i have been doing it more forceing myself to because i know if i dont ill fall behind. im just stuck so yeah advice?
