Is there a way to embed an image into a post like this? If so, explain how to do it.

There's a row of icons above where you write your message. Click on the one with the mountains and sun. Insert the image's url. Try to make sure that the image is not too big. The one below is a nice size.

You can also just write these tags for it: [img]image%20url%20here[/img]

To embed an image, copy and paste the image's URL into the post.

Example...

http://www.whps.org/schools/hall/depart ... %20PIC.jpg

Then, add "[img]"%20to%20the%20beginning%20and%20"[/img]" to the end (without the quotes).

It should look like this...

Code:
[img]http://www.whps.org/schools/hall/departments/science/images/EARTH%20PIC.jpg[/img]

If you did it right, the image should show in both the actual post as well as the post preview.

You can also click the button with the mountains on it while you are creating your post. From there, you can enter the URL into the pop-up and click enter. If pop-up software is enabled, you will get an error message. After closing the message, you can click the dialog box at the top of the screen to temporarily allow pop-ups, and then try again.
