I have a funny thing, pretty often I wake my self up by laughing. Sometimes I can remember parts of a crazy dream, but sometimes I just wake up in the middle of the night and I just can't stop laughing. Bizarre as that is it just makes me laugh even more.

I searched around a little on the web and read that sleeplaughing/crying is quite common among babies and toddlers, and that its linked to adult sleeptalking, as toddlers has no words to express them selves with.

Some of my friends also tell me I mumble when I sleep but never use understandable words.

I do remember a few episodes when I was little when I would suddenly be in the middle of the livingroom turning the lights on and of even when I knew I was asleep, I sometimes did the same ting with the lights in my parents bedroom, witch of course woke them up, but I only remember small pieces of those episodes.

Do you ever laugh, talk og walk in your sleep?

I've woken up, crying a few times. It must be my sensitive nature, that I suppress around people, in order to guard my heart.

I don't recall any times that I talked or walked in my sleep. But even if I were to do so, I don't think there'd be any way of knowing that I was.

My mom and my brother both yell in their sleep, while my brother has also been known to sleep walk. My dad snores insanely loudly. I'm the only one who's quiet in my sleep!

I used to sleep walk a lot as a small child and was often found crying in my sleep until I was about 5. As a teenager I would sleepwalk sometimes and hurt myself, waking up with bruises and stuff.

These days I stay in bed but will occasionally have terrible fights in my dreams that wake up my husband. He often has to wake me up and tell me it's ok it's just a dream.

I talk in my sleep but my sister was the sleepwalker as a child. Once my brother came in from a date and found my sister on some steps with her panties around her ankles. She was dreaming she was on the toilet.

I talk in my sleep all the time. I used to sing in my sleep as a kid, too.

My husband is a sleepwalker and so is my 2 year old son. Freaked me out the first time he climbed out of his crib and started wandering around his room. :-\

Would've chosen a 'sleep walking/sleep talking/sleep laughing' button... if it existed.

I've slepttalked once while being completely aware of it AND completely asleep. Though I forget what the dream was about.

Now... a conversation between two/three sleeptalkers: Utter Hilarity.

I've sleepwalked once a long time ago. My sisters say I was awake though because my dream was what I was doing but I'm pretty sure I was asleep. I've never sleeptalked or anything like that though.
