I'm vacationing in Boston, Massachusetts right now. I was wondering what sort of museums there are in the city. It's me and my dad, both of us are able to walk pretty far, but we took a train in and don't have a car so anything within walking distance of public transportation is fine.

I have never been there, but, if I were you, I would go see the JFK Museum. (I reeeeally want to go.)

The JFK Museum is actually in Hyannis.

The JFK Museum is definitely worth seeing, It's well served by a train then a shuttle bus. In the city centre there's the Old State House and
there are also good museums around Harvard in Cambridge which is a short train ride away.

I live in Massachusetts and I've never been to the JFK Museum. I should probably go there some time.

I've seen the museum, some of my family live near Hytown.

Best place to go. :)

But whatever you do, don't waste your time at the site of the Boston Massacre. It's nothing more than traffic cones.

Unless we're talking about the JFK Library, which is near UMass Boston.

You can take a bus to Cape Cod and go to Nantucket and see the places I grew up in.

It's the one near UMass I was referring to - It's listed as the JFK Library and Museum in the guidebook I got.

I didn't know you were from the Cape. I've got an uncle in Brewster, another in Sandwich, and a couple of cousins spread out around the Cape.

There could be a Boston Bruins museum, if you're both hockey fans.
