Do you guys like to humiliate yourselves just for the lulz? I'm fine depending on whether or not I know the people and depending on the situation. I like to walk around at open air malls pretending to talk on the phone in a heavy vietnamese accent, walking around hotels with my brothers singing 70s music, or walking around with my shirt tied up like a bra if a freind dares me. I also make my brother's friends believe that I'm some crazy shut-in who lives in his own world. In 9th grade, back before the election, I walked around school campaigning for Chuck Norris with printed pictures of him.

No. Personally, I do anything not to draw attention to myself. I'm just that kind of person. I know other Aspies who do similar stuff that you do, though.

In school, I used to humiliate myself, but i stopped years ago. I only ever do it when around people I don't really know and never really will know.

I don't do that, because I don't want to be the center, of that kind of attention.

I just do it because it makes me or my friends(if they're with me) laugh, not because I like the attention. However, when I did it in school, it was to attract attention to me. I don't do it anymore however.

meh, I'm good enough at humiliating myself without even trying :?

Although I have been known to wear crazy masks in public places during the day, and speak in a thick 'foreign' accent. I also do a silly walk sometimes, but that's about as far as my deliberate self humiliation goes.

It depends. When I'm in a hyper mood I like to, but I always have those moments where I can't be bothered with anyone.

I don't see the harm in humiliating myself if it is in a good way. :) Makes me entertaining really, but half the times I don't realise I'm doing it. xD

I'm too sensitive to humiliate myself. But the other day I realized that if I know I'm embarrassing myself and I make a joke about it, people will laugh and it makes it less awkward. How I discovered that: I was working at a lemonade stand for charity at my dad's work and a lady wanted to buy the whole jug of lemonade. I didn't know what to charge her so I told her that she had to buy it by the glass. At first she was like "What!?!" but I told her "I'm only a simple girl, I can only handle single-glass transactions." Then we both laughed and she bought a glass.

I don't mind having a laugh at my expense. There comes a point were you just get too uptight if you take yourself too seriously all the time.

Besides, I'm by far my best critic. No one can slag me off better then myself.

I think its part of the culture in the UK though to be able to hold the opposite view and take the piss out of yourself. Part of the temperance in this country originates from everyone and everything being open to ridicule and humour.

I usually don't intentionally humiliate myself. I hate being the center of attention, most of the time.
