When dealing with colleagues and/or customers it is important to remember these interpersonal skills:

Personal Appearance-This encompasses hygiene, grooming and dress.
Team Work-Is a group of people working together to achieve a
common goal.
Social Interaction-
Communication Skills-

It is important to keep customer service at the highest level possible, customer service includes but is not limited to:

* Anticipating, understanding and fulfilling customer needs
wants and expectation.
* Providing prompt, efficient and attentive service.
* Offering assistance and information when required.
* Understanding the job and the duties.

Excellent customer service is beneficial not only to customers, but also to employers and employees.
