An incredibly patient and kind Visa employee named Shaun. He did a three-way phone call with me and my mother to cross-reference and refund her for 24 fraudulent charges from Amazon (total $660 USD). It took him almost two hours to confirm all the numbers. He was the most compassionate customer service employee I've ever encountered.
