Leg day workout. Was really tough today....got through it with a lot of swearing.

There was going to be a nuclear war in my family between two people and I was going to be stuck in the middle watching the meltdowns. I was avoiding the topic all day because I was anxious about dealing with it.

Finally I decided to put on my Big Person hat and communicate the issue clearly to both parties, along with the caveat that I didn’t want a fight.

I can’t believe it but it worked.

Situation calmly resolved and no doors slammed.

This “communication” thing might work after all!

I've found a plush Om Nom that was missing from my bed. All my little Sweet Peas are together again.
