Pretty much anything that I cook, mostly I cook stirfry and curry.

So;
Chilli
Garlic
Most vegetables (not eggplant)
Some fruits
Most herbs and spices
Bread (the healthy stuff as well as white)

There are more, but I love these most of all.

What comes to mind right now?

Some reason the Amy's frozen foods seem to make me feel good. (Healthy = feel good is what I've noticed)

But another thing I like that is healthy is a taco bowl: bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, romaine lettuce, chicken, cheese, sour cream, and sometimes homeade gaucamole if advocadoes are cheap... as well as salsa or pico de gallo. nom. Sometimes I'll put this into a tortilla, but it takes a lot of work.

The benefits of raisins are pretty much lost if you eat them as part of cookies, so if you want to eat cookies might as well eat the ones that actually taste good. :P
but, but, but the ones with raisins are camouflaged as healthy food, heh.

I agree with many things listed so far. No one has mentioned carrot juice. If you haven't tried fresh carrot juice, you will be surprised how delicious it is. Also, no one has mentioned beer, especially dark beer. In moderation, it is good for you according to statistics. No, I am not suggesting you mix beer and carrot juice. :eew:

Tea is one of my favorites, especially Darjeeling. All tea is good for you, not only green tea.

Ok, some really hyper super healthy ... and totally delicious foods: :D

Fresh wild salmon steak and/or smoked trout, with organic scrambled eggs, ( in organic butter ), and lemon and fresh dill

Grass-fed beef with plenty of fat on it, gherkin, chopped parsley, and grilled tomato

Grilled/BBQ'd duck breast with all its fat, and chestnut puree and/or an acid-fruit sauce

Mussels, and other shellfish eaten with dollops of mayonnaise made with fresh organic free-range egg yolks, olive oil and cider vinegar/lemon juice

Lamb chops, with all the fat on, grilled till crispy, served on bed of really green lettuce, with fresh chopped coriander

Herring with lashings of fresh lemon juice

Tuna, olives, and tapenade/olive paste with fresh home-grown tomatoes

Pork chop with sweet ( lactofermented ) sauerkraut

Avocado-mush eaten as dip with carrot and cucumber sticks

Carrot and cabbage juice, a really good port or other red wine.

No starchy carbos ( eg. cereals ); they're not healthy! :D

I love pumpernickel, whole grain bread and vegetable salads, without any sauce. And carrot or grapefruit juice.
I don't like fast food.

Almonds.
Blackberries.
PROPERLY cooked and seasoned Jerky. Y'know, the kind that isn't absolutely covered in salt.
%1 Milk.
Tea.
Whole Grain Bread.
Healthy soups of ALL KINDS.
Pumpkin Seeds

For when I'm just absolutely CRAVING something sweet, a small box of Cracker Jacks is perfect. Only 110 calories, and it takes a longer time to eat than a chocolate bar / cookie / etc, which tricks you into being more satisfied.

I like a giant salad with about 1/2 pound of pepperjack cheese in it, and ranch dressing. Everything else is optional, as long as it has lots of cheese.lol 8) A nice big side dish of ice cream drenched in chocolate syrup, is nice, as well. :P
