Stop beating yourself up, dude. You don't need to go to hell; you have a long life ahead of you.

I'm just guessing, but he may be referring to the Christian doctrine that everyone deserves Hell and why a person would choose to not get what they deserve. This is interesting since I would feel really bad if I commited murder and someone told me that I am a free man and I don't need to go to jail. If that happened I would probably try to punish myself until I "feel like ending my self-punishment".

Don't be so hard on yourself.

FAIL!

I'm just asking him what is going on. I normally don't use religious references when talking to people thinking about suicide.

Maybe he thinks hell would be better than being an Aspie living in an NT world :? I feel like I deserve to be in hell because I would be better off with others who cant fit in & survive in this world.

Ackman, I think I know just how you feel right now. I just lost a very heated match of Team Fortress 2. Sure, I was doing fine at the beginning but towards the end I just started getting my ass kicked royally again and again. Looking back now, I realize I had gotten far too confident and far too Rambo in my approach. That combined with my general lack of focus from a terrible nights sleep lead to my team snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. I should have been more cautious, helped the team hold our position, let the medics build up ubercharges so we could deploy them in a coordinated fashion, eliminating the enemy sentry guns in one fell swoop and making the final push to victory! Instead I decided I would find out what it's like to be John f**king Rambo in real life (video game). You wanna know what that's like? It's called getting owned! I definitely deserve hell for that. I won't make the same mistakes again.

OK, maybe losing at TF2 isn't quite the same thing as whatever it is you're going through right now, but all the same, I'm mixing up a special drink and I'm drinking to you, rediscovering your self-worth, continuing to do the the things you like, and hopefully, learning something in the process and getting better. I'll drink to both of us, how's that sound?

Because I am impure. There are things wrong. I must be exterminated. I don't wish to be perfect, but since I'm screwed up, might as just go there.

Everyone is imperfect. I think the world is hell

Yes, everyone is flawed but some people have a greater ability to pretend to be otherwise. It seems every other animal

exists by instinct but when the consciousness of self developed in humans things got weird. Perhaps Ackman, you just

need some validation and you don't feel you are getting it. There are some books that helped me put things into

perspective. They are not specifically oriented to any particular religion but address how we see ourselves as fitting into

the world in a broader spiritual sense.

These are all just about learning to look at things a different way.

Then it should've been in "The Haven".
