What is the real colour?

When I am inside my eyes look a medium to a dark brown colour but if you look closely you can see green in my eyes.

When I am outside my eyes go even greener but there is brown tint around my pupil which spreads out a bit. when the sun shines on my eyes my eyes look light green but you can still see a small amount of brown around the pupil.

what is my real eye color?

That eye color is called hazel. My dad has it too.

Its odd though because when I was a kid looking at old pics my eyes looked dark brown.
