I've been practising with Tarot cards for the past few weeks, and I believe I have the power now. (not a joke i want to practise) Ask questions on this thread, and I will answer you anything I can get the answer for.

Hey Mutate,
I used to read Tarot... I know you probably won't listen to me, but could I advise you to stop? In the end it can become compulsive, and you end up reading for every little decision, instead of using your intellect to make choices. Not saying you're there yet, but it's a real risk attached to playing with these things.

I've never heard of tarot addiction... I imagine you could take it to an extreme. I only get my cards out now and then for myself, these days. There's a risk of getting attached to anything. Everything in moderation.

risk?! there's no risk!
okay people can become attached if they're, you know weak and such
but I've never heard of tarot addiction
I've been practicing for 7 years

usually I do it for fun, like deciding meals, routes to take to work, little things to keep the day interesting
not so much anymore
more now they are things I've collected and kept from my past

I think it really depends.. I have a tarot deck and I never found it addictive. I only use my oracle cards at the moment.

Can I have a reading? The question I will ask is, What will 2011 be like for me?

Thank you.

Tarot is a gateway drug. It can lead to rune casting, astrology, wicca and other harder substances.

I got interested in astrology recently. The people from an astrology board I went to for any hints, told me (before we started to quarrel when they accused my scorpionic ego of the attempts of manipulating them into telling me for free everything about my horoscope  ONLY on the basis of the personality features reflected in my radix which DO exist in me though they weren't presenting themselves in me at that very moment  ) some such things about myself as if they knew me in person. :D

My radix:  http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn10 ... mogram.jpg

Is there anyone interested in astrology? :D Someone who could make an interpretation of it for me? :D

That really is asking an awful lot, Irulan!

You can get the basics by googling what planets fall in what signs, Sun in Aquarius, Mars in Scorpio etc.

Then the planets in the houses, eg. Mars in 1st house, Chiron in the 8th house.

Then the aspects... the half-pyramid shaped grid in the lower left... look up 'astrological symbols' to find a key to the symbols. Then google Sun square Mars, for example. You have the Moon in conjunction to Uranus, which might amuse some.

This is a crude way of gleaning some information from an astrological chart.

I think cafe astrology does computer generated natal chart reports for free, that will save you some work. They don't do progressed charts though, afaik

I never really got around to learning how to properly do progressions and transits, so you're on your own there.
