Which one is worse in your opinion? Nausea feels way more unpleasant but - important when you are outside in the place where there are no toilets - when facing such a situation you can just pull out a plastic bag to do into it what should be done, which you can't do while suffering a diarhoea attack then. Diarrhoea doesn't give you this disgusting feeling inside yourself but in turn, the cramps can be sometimes really bad - when I woke up like that a couple of days ago, laying in bed, I started to imagine for fun that I was pregnant and just went into labour or that I was having a misscarriage. So, if asked which one I prefer, I'd say: "depends if I'd be home or outside" and you? :D

Nausea is better than diarrhea, IMO. Although diarrhea is better than vomiting.

This topic is disgusting! But I'll reply anyway:

IMO, diarrhea is better. I'm used to it because the things in my diet frequently cause it. On the other hand, nausea is terrifying to me because of my phobia of vomiting.

I do that as well, though with period cramps instead of diarrhea cramps.
