Apparently a 'boomting' is:

"a good looking person.
usually used towards a girl. "

So the first message would appear to be "I spy a good looking person"

Given the meaning of the first message, I would guess 'yunga rush nunez' is a person, either real or fictional? (The name leads me to believe the latter)

looking "buzzed" is a term for being intoxicated since the person says "I looked buzzed" I would guess he/she is talking about how they look in a photo.

Conclusion: I would guess they're talking about a picture that someone has uploaded to facebook, and discussing their opinions of it. (I could be completely wrong, usually am)

Well done, you appear to have cracked it! Well, I have no idea who or what "yunga rush nunez" is, but it does sound like the kind of stupid nickname my peers give themselves. And yes, these are comments from a photo album.

I think one of your facebook pals observed terrorists planting a bomb. They are from a terrorist cell called the Yunga Rush Nunez. Terrorism is a 'hot button' issue in today's political climate, hence the 'political I looked buzzed'.

I much prefer this explanation to my one and feel it should be taken to be the correct one.

I think "yunga" is a misspelled version of "young" and i am assuming "rush nunez" is a persons name (allowing for misspelling there as well).

Wow, that is some confusing chatter. I gave up on Twitter for that very reason. I couldn't make out what the tweets were saying - and I was following political commentators who should have been speaking standard English.
