My dad took me out to see the houses floating away.

OMGS, That's back when Jim still had hair!

Once, when I was a young child, like 3 or 4, my mom and me were so scared of the lightning and thunders that we went to the bed of my grandpa to sleep with him that night - it's my very first memory of really bad weather.

I remember the snow storm that occured in my area on Christmas Eve, and the other snow storm that occured in February this year. That was really fun. I'm hoping for another this winter.

Tucson, Arizona has wonderful monsoons and electrical storms every year...

When I was little I remember seeing a fire in Detroit on TV.

The fire engines turned up and connected their hoses.
The water came out of the hoses and froze before it hit the building and bounced off.

Then the hoses froze solid so the firemen went home.

That must have been seriously cold.

I posted this before:

I witnessed what 1 million volts @ 10,000 amps would do to a 55 gallon drum.

I heard a BANG; looked out the window and saw a 55 gallon drum glowing cherry red.

It was slowly losing the red color as it cooled down.

I remember the snowy winter that I experienced in 1984 and 1985. I was in my glory. That was the best winter I've had.
