From reading that I would say I am in between a slow and fast oxidiser because I eat a huge amount of carbs but very little meat. However, I consume large quantities of cheese and other dairy produce in general. I eat a lot in general full stop.
I have seen posts made about food and diet being put into the sport and fitness forum in the past, thats where anything concerned with health tends to go.
