TV has only been commercially available since the 1920s, so how you managed to send out full colour weather forecasts in the 1800's I'll never know :roll:

In fact, it looks like these are made with Microsoft Paint and Windows Movie Maker - these did not exist either.

You are correct. We're just as advanced if not more so. As to Asp-Z: Yes, they are made with Paint and WMM.

It's called an anachronism. It must be a common trope in fiction, seems how they have a name for it.
