I'm guessing he's waiting patiently on our front steps for me to arrive home and give him food.

He's super tired from running away from the vacum cleaner so he's probably sleeping. Tucker is most likley sleeping as well(Jude is my cat, Tucker is my bros')

Licking her paw and wiping her face and periodically staring off into space before going back to the grooming.

Last time I saw her, she was sleeping in a small cardboard box on top of my dresser. Probably out hunting gophers right now.

I was about to add that, but I really wanted to see someone else to comment and say that!

Miss Kitty is resting on my bed. She's very tired and wants to go to sleep, but she keeps getting interrupted by people and noises.

I wish I had a cat but over the years I slowly became allergic. But if I had a cat, we would be both be sleeping by now.
At times I think that with the amout of antihistamines I have to take for various skin hypersensitivities, I should get a cat, it can't make the things much worse.

That sounds just what would be going through my cat's mind when she's trying to sleep.
