How do I keep my mind from wandering like this, and why does it wander in this direction?

Wish Lil Stinker (old stuffed animal) luck and a safe journey in the wash

I'm not brave enough to toss Noire in the wash.

Understandable. I ain’t gonna put Pigley, the 16yo stuffed animal in the wash, but Lil Stinker is about 10 and much more intact

As much as my body needs to sleep in whenever possible, this may have gone too far. I'd like to be able to go outside when it's still light.

I've got to focus on the here and now. I can't keep reflecting on things that are no longer my reality.

Speaking from a lonely heart: It's sad how a man in love would be willing to give the woman he desires the whole world and move the heavens and the earth to be with her and she still dumps him for some stud with good looks, but not a single brain cell nor decent personality in his head.

I know I can drop 50K/100 lbs and when I'm done, I'll look like a rock star.

I hate this pseudo-luteal phase.

Heck, there shouldn't even be any phase.
Stupid damn body 'adjusting'. It'll be ideal for most bodies, but not me.

Should I take a break?
An entire month break. Months? Years?
So when I'll take it again, I'd get effects that's been there the first time.

It was funny last night when a fellow member said good night because they were tired of my self-pity after the Olympics came to an end.

A member at my clubhouse ways that you should always sing songs that suit your voice. I took it literally today and sung some old German songs. Oops.

First an obese German weightlifter and now a crippled German long-jumper. What is going on in my mind? I guess that I like athletes that I can relate to. One more reason to think twice about using Schultz for an avatar.

I don't use my laptop as much as before.

I don't use my laptop for reading and watching, which is the majority of my time screen goes.

The same with organizing, reminding, writing simple texts, researching, hoarding downloadable info...

If I'm going to use my laptop, it's to do documents, graphic designs, coding, editing, most of gaming, heavy multitasking because mobile split screen isn't enough...
