Malo doesn't like walking on linoleum floors. I put my empty backpack on the middle of the floor and he sat on it like a little deserted island in a sea of linoleum. Poor bunny. lol
The rabbit we had a couple years ago didn't like those floors either. She much preferred the carpet which was good because she stayed in the living-room instead of going in the kitchen or bathroom. The bedrooms were upstairs & she never climbed the stairs.

What to tell an employee at a nearby gym that I will visit after I finish here about a potential appointment with a personal trainer. I want to lose weight without gaining muscle!
If you really want to only lose weight with no mussel gain, you would be better off talking to a dietitian instead of a personal trainer. You keep your physical activity level the same but you change &/or reduce your eating. If you need some kinda physical therapy because of pain or coordination issues, seeing a personal trainer might be helpful but you would have to reduce your physical activity in other ways to offset the mussel gain from the physical therapy.
