My sister's husband hasn't been spying on her facebook account lately. I hope he's okay.

Someone explained to me the benefit of choosing sled dogs over a snowmobile when travelling in remote areas.

Snowmobiles aren't edible. You can't feed part of the snowmobile to the rest of it in order to refuel it.

I haven't been on WP all day because I've been busy making basic handmade toys and I was also at the flea market as well. I made $90 today. I hope to be able to spend more time here tomorrow.

Networking, connections... or maybe more like the lack of them? I read an article about that stuff this morning from a news paper while in the library, and it got me thinking about those things again... For a long time, and honestly, somewhat even now, words like "networking" and "connections" sound like something bad people do, unfair things that people use to get things they don't really deserve and only end up getting because they've sucked up to the right people. In that article though, it's seen as a normal thing, and networking in itself is seen as the work put in to things that makes one deserve the things they get... I don't know, maybe that is the case. Like, it's not the kind of hard work that I would think of when someone says to work hard to get something, but since it's how society works... if you can't win, switch sides, you know? I mean, I kinda already have on occasions, so I suppose that makes me a bit of a hypocrite to judge someone who gets things through their connections instead of working for them.

...Eh, guess the thing I'm most pissed off is about having clung to my morals too much instead of playing the game the way others do from the start.
