Over the past few years I have learned a lot about autism and other ND characteristics and comorbids. I like myself the way I am, as far as I know about the situation.

What I have gradually come to realize is that most people actually have visual images in their brain. Or at least this is how I have interpreted it. My husband says, for example, that if he thinks of his mother, he can see her in his mind, exactly as she is in real life. He can visualize things in his brain.

I know that I have read that people can "see" things in their minds, but I always thought that was a literary convention, not that anyone could actually visualize and literally seeing it in their brain.

My brain has nothing. Just black. Period.

And that makes me sad, to think I have missed out on all these visual images and lack the ability to run these images through my mind.

It's not the end of the world. Just a bit sad.

I'm wondering if a houseboat is considered a boat or not. The security captcha on this forum has no idea & selecting or not selecting a houseboat for a boat are both automatically wrong since the captcha is too confused to make heads or tails of it. The captcha does NOT even know if a motorcycle is a bicycle or not :wall:

From now on, I'll definitely salt my coffee.

And drink a lot of water right after...

Salt my coffee? As in literally putting salt in coffee? :|

Smh, swear I can never do anything right in this company in their eyes, no matter what I do, ESPECIALLY when I go an extra mile to help out. Absolute bollocks.

I feel stranger than usual.

My hands, feet and lips are still tingling.

I watch all the people in my life, in every group I am nominally "part of", become close, and it never includes me. It's just not good for my psyche. Sick to death of being the third-string friend.

^ I know what you mean. For me, I just don't do it anymore. I have learned to enjoy my own company and I like my own company vastly better than most others.

My husband was sick with a cold a week ago and he got better, but before he got better he gave it to me. I am half better and I don't know if I am so tired with itchy eyes and cough because I am sick or is it allergies, or I am depressed. I cannot figure this kind of thing out and it plagues me when I am not feeling well.

I am pretty sure that I am still sick with a cold. I will operate under that delusion until I see evidence to the contrary.

visitors, although it may seem alright for a bit, they wear you out
am i your yes-man-woman, common occurance: how they're so xxxx, then at the first bump they can't, but afterward it just goes on and on again
everything you need to do is a hindrance in their eyes, maybe narcissism is the nt to me
social=socialising= getting on top of the other by any means necessairy
:jester: it gets (gotten once or twice) the weirdest when they want to follow you even to the toilet for their urge to talk into you incessantly,
they don't take no hints, only hostages

Hmm.

Went crazy with cocoa powder after my decaf's finished.

With cocoa... I happened to prefer putting creamer on a cocoa instead of milk. :o
Also salting it a bit.
