heart racing *fast*!

woah all of a sudden my heart sped up to a good 300 beats per minute for several counts!

is that bad?

had just deleted someone off of facebook. he was a best friend a few years ago. i had been trying to make plans to hang out with him and reconnect, but he just kept making excuses every damn time.

It could be because you were frustrated & or something. My heart beats very fast when I'm upset or nervous

I remember one time i was smoking pot, and sat in this big comfortable chair closed my eyes and counted my heartbeats. it was really cool, and i enjoyed it at first but then I became aware of what was keeping me alive and it freaked me out man, like woaahhh! :wink:

First time I kissed a man I wanted to be in a relationship with, my heart was damn near pounding out of my chest. Don't know why I never asked him out.

lol nice richard. hmmmmm kissing the ladies doesn't make my heart pound of my chest, but approaching them is a whole different story......
