Most of the times I see a picture like this I just laugh, imo they usually look too staged but somehow you've managed to still look amazing while wearing goofy glasses, congrats.

Basically its this
some sort of cushion with valentino rosi's logo and number(the doctor 46). Not really into motor racing but several years ago I thought it was cool.
