I was inordinately thrilled with the garden hose. I even took a hose connector to bed with me when I was real little, instead of something like a stuffed toy.

I would draw pictures of puppies dying.

I once tried to cook grass, but that was just a one-time thing.

I used to watch all the ants and squash them just see how the others would react, I pretty much spent whole break and lunch times doing that in primary school.

Mine was ants, too. I used to squish them and line them up. Then I assigned them names and imagined lives/families for them.

I burned things with a magnifying glass.

I pretended to eat 12s off the TV, because 12 was my favourite number.

i went through a period around age 10 or 11 where i kept trying to touch my friend's crotches (both male and female). not like a grope, but almost like a pat on the bum, but at the front. it didn't feel sexual, but it was more that i wanted attention i guess.

yeah, that was pretty weird. i forgot about it until now. nowadays i would have been in some serious s**t for that.

.. Okay, what didnt i do? I used to squeeze my cat until it screamed and whelped. Bad, I know. But I thought it was making her say Hello. Ha.

And I used to be into really dark things. I would color my lips black and blue and orange and stuff with Crayola markers. Hehe.

I was also into Wicca in 4th grade.

When I was in 2nd grade a girl who liked to annoy the rest of the class was standing on top of her desk when the teacher was out of the room (early 1970's). She was yelling loudly and making annoying noises at us. I have noise sensitivity and I knocked her off the desk. She hit her head on the floor and got a big purplish knot. I was sent to the guidance office along with the girl. We were talked to, and I was sent back to class, and the girl went home. I did not get in trouble for it. I simply remember telling the truth about it. The girl admitted she was trying to annoy us.

That's really sad. But I suppose it wouldn't be too unusual for someone who liked All Dogs Go To Heaven. I used to like it too, by the way. Were you into the movies or the TV series?


In elementary school I was friends with a girl who was Wiccan when I was in 5th grade. Back then I thought it was a religion she made up herself, until I got on the Internet and discovered it was real. I was also friends with a couple of Pagan boys from 2nd grade to about 6th or 7th.


I lol'd too.

I used to crush ants and then try to revive them. And I often performed autopsies on dead animals.... just for curiosity's sake.

pretended to 'cook' with mud and stuff in my nana's garden, think that's relatively common.
i would pick my wallpaper from my wall when in bed, just liked the feeling, parents got me dinosaur stickers to pick at eventually, they were hard on one side and squidgy on the other. nice feeling but wallpaper still suffered..
used to colour-code my headaches & i once 'painted my soul', creating what was to me a new colour.. was kinda greeny-purpley-grey if i recall correctly.
slowly deconstructed an ant colony within a potato for several hours and examined it as i went.
started many a fire..
