No, but I'm sure they exist.

Broom handle + saw + toilet chain = Nunchaku

Did you know Nunchaku are so named because they are a nuns primary choice of weapon?

The big market in my nearby big city has lots of scary stalls run by dodgy people selling weapons, body armor, lots of frightening things. When i get enough money ill kit myself out there and start my vigilante career. What i'd like when i getthe body armor is to fit up some thing with elastic bands so that the knives shoot off the wrist gauntelts.

I have no idea... I tend to make my own weapons.

If you are really looking to get a weapon, you might want to consider something like a yawara bo... it is basically an oval shaped wooden stick about two thumbs thick and as long as your finger tips to the inside of your elbow. You can use something like the handle of a hammer though, if you do not care to make your own. Sticks do some crazy damage to bones and if you know how to use one you can lock arm and leg joints with them and really subdue a person without drawing unnecessary attention to yourself by carrying a spiffy weapon. Next to my jo, that little stick is my favorite weapon.

If you really want some spiffy weapons though, I'll ask my step son when he gets up. He is on a weapon kick lately and likely knows a few good sites. You should see the sword he currently wants. I think it weighs more then he does. Lulz.

http://www.themmazone.net/ninja-supplies.html looks fun. I got my throwing star from ninjagear.com or something like that. It's real and crazy sharp. Switchblades are illegal unless you're in the military - at least that's the case here. You can find knives that are similar to switchblades in hunting supply stores. Honestly, though, a weapon is just a weapon - what if it gets knocked out of your hand? What if the other person is tougher than you thought? Your best bet is to learn martial arts. That way you don't need a weapon to protect yourself. Besides, you still would have to learn how to properly handle any weapons you buy so you don't knock yourself out with nunchakus.

Even if you have weapons like these, what do you do if the other guy has a gun in your side or if he's got friends with him? Martial arts is the only reliable answer I've found.

I've heard of BudK before. Someone I used to work with had a bit of stuff from there. It seems more about novelty & collectibles than than quality & function.

I used to have some practice/toy nunchakus as a kid/young teen. I highly doubt I would ever try using em in self-defense but they were kinda fun & helped with coordination skills; have to be very careful thou.

I probably would not use a switchblade either(I'd rather run or cooperate if I thought I'd have any chance at all of not being harmed) but the idea of having it on me might help me feel a little more safe; not that I'm really worried or anything. I also think it would be easier & faster to use than a pocket-knife for things. I think switchblades may be illegal in my state as well happymusic but I don't go out much & I never have dealings with law enforcement so it's highly unlikely that I would get in any kind of trouble for having it. Don't guess you could get one at the market & ship it to me hill-o-beans   Maybe I'll look into similar type knives. I'll check out those sites a bit latter on. I'm not ready to get anything yet unless something looks really really great
