I have my days like that... which is why I made the hater card. It is a lovely little notecard that I keep with me with a big, weird head on it with lipstick print mouth and the word "NO" is written beneath it. I use that thing so much and keep it by me so often the poor little fella is worn and has a coffee cup stain on it. People start talking and sometimes I just hold up the card and ignore.

I say no to a lot of things. Mostly things that I don't have time for.

You should go see a hypnotist like Jim Carry did in the movie "Yes Man"

That film was based on a true story, you know. About a British fella that said 'no' to much and so eventually decided to say… 'yes'.

My older friend once asked if I wanted to go out with her and have some food. I said, "No" because I didn't want to waste my money on restaurant food and I had Toastmasters in less than an hours time. There used to be this other woman who used to keep asking me if I wanted to go to the casino with her. We all know what the last two letters of the word, casino spell.

I tend to say No a lot more often than Yes but saying Yes involves more risk & has a much higher chance of causing problems; least for me
