Tell why you love the greatest city in the world!

I love the big dreams, the subways that run 24/7, all the things to do. The peopleare the best in the world. My father grew up in Newark, the Big Apple's backyard so it's like family.

LET'S HEAR IT FOR NEW YORK NEW YORK NEW YOOORK!! !

I love the street vendors, Pizza ! ! any kind of food (ask for free samples). New Yankee Stadium- foods overpriced there but who cares. I love the Bronx zoo and all the animals and excitement. The Metropolitan Museum of fine art, you can be there all day and not even view it all. I love that you can just talk with people and see and experience all walks of life.. Love the subways, and people. Times Square.. only place I know that restaurants can be packed at 3 AM.

Hm alright. I love the Natural History Museum, its the happiest place on Earth. And also Barneys in New York has the best clothing you could ever find. And the fact that you can have a drink whenever you want, and no one will judge you.
And you can have pancakes all day at Clinton Street Bakery...

That's my favorite thing of all about Manhattan. People areout all night and it's not just a handful. I've never been anywhere else quite like it. The people are so friendly and talkative, too.

I can't wait for them to finish that huge building they're building at ground zero. That would be cool to go see. :)

I love NY because it's the only city that's just as nocturnal as I am! :)

I love New York, because it's the city that never sleeps. :)

I wish I could go see that and the Memorial. I have seen the original WTC. It was gigantic!

I like the idea for the Memorial. Two holes in the earth where the buildings once stood, partially filled with water, colored black and surrounded by granite. The calming sounds of water rushing and the names of all the victims of 9/11. I can't even imagine how big it is. Seeing it on television doesn't convey the enormity.

That's why I love New York City too. It never shuts down.

I love it because of the giant buildings, Times Square, the lights at night, and that it always snows at winter, unlike where I am.

Note: I have never been to New York (or America), and I am really envious of everyone that has been there  Also the world is ending in 2012, so I don't know if I'll get to see it :(

I'd like to go to CBGBs.

Last time I was there I got lost a lot. Before I go next time I'll make sure to study a map really closely and carefully first. It was like a maze to me last time I was there.

Isn't it gone? I believe it is now a John Varvatos store. (Its a pretty cool store.)

CBGBs is GONE???? I was wondering that when I typed I wanted to go there. Is it even still around? was my thinking. That's too bad. The legendary is no more.

I know. Sad. I never got to go. But the store there is pretty cool. And they kept lots of stuff the same. And they have tons of music and things. ;)
