There is an Aktion Club started by the Kiwanis Club in my area.
The problem is that there is a lack of leadership in setting the club up, in doing community projects and fundraisers. It's been a year since the club was started. there isn't even an executive commitee.
The plan was to set it up to look like a Kiwanis Club meeting. The Aktion Club is made up of members from the town's Arc. So many of the members are MR and live in group homes.
What is the best approach to complain about the lack of leadership for this club?
Some advice, please.
