Sleep is the #1 option indeed, I just want it to be painless, I don't handle pain very well..

can you get away with eating whatever you want whenever you want, or do you have to strictly watch what and when you eat?

not TV shows per se but Television in general due to its higher frame rate. movies look too coarse for my taste.
