Sleep is the #1 option indeed, I just want it to be painless, I don't handle pain very well..

I am a lifelong night owl. though it would be handier when dealing with the world, if I was more of a morning owl.

For me it really varies, some nights I'm up late and other nights I'm up early.

As long as it ain't got strawberries, rice, nuts, coconuts or beans in it I can eat it.
