well, I hadnt noticed any threads like this, so I decided to make this.

well to start this off, a picture I am tempted to make into a LoLcat. Well the kitty is named zach, no clue on breed, probably domestic longhair.

I have yet to find a good picture of my dog though :/

My pet always tells me when he is hungry. Costs a fortune to feed though. He can get a bit rough at times ...

Albert, named for his Einstein hair. He wandered into our neighborhood one day, and we told a neighbor we would keep him while she looked for an owner. As you can see, we decided to keep him! Vet said he's a full-bred poodle, and around a year old.

Yes! I wanted to see that avatar of yours Eirun in bigger size! Thanks for bringing it on before I asked for it :)

I shouldnt be the last to contribute to our own LOL cats collection of this thread, so here is my cat. I had to dig older photos to find it. In fact this was also my very first avatar when I joined WP, but in a cropped version then. This photo have quite bad quality and looks blurred unfortunately

my twin cats died a year apart after having them for six and seven years respectively. i saved them as kittens from being destroyed. one became very ill (was possibly baited by a cruel neighbour) and succumbed to liver failure, and my other cat went missing after i moved approx. 1000km (600 miles) south in my state.

i loved my cats, and i wanted to share some happy memories with everyone. :)

Oh Tektek, I love to see well fed, well cared for kitties like yours. Those two are so adorable! I've got to go figure out how to download from my digital camera and also get used to it again as I haven't taken pictures in some time. I want to post pictures of my kitties and my space and stuff like that would be fun. I wonder how long that's going to take me? By the time I'm in school, I won't have much time for anything else so I need to get with it. I was invigorated last evening for having learned something new around posting those pictures. Maybe I can get some flow and keep things moving! :D

Oh, I'm sorry Tektek, those were the two you lost... :(
I'm sorry. I hope you can find a new baby boy or two very soon.

that's OK Meadow, don't be sorry. i loved my cats, and i wanted to share some happy memories with everyone :). i'm glad that you think they look adorable. :thumleft:

i really would like two more (twins!) but i am likely moving in May, so i think i will wait until then... i also have to prepare myself again for becoming attached, losing kimba and simba was very hard... these are the lessons of life i guess.
