I hate the thought of being bored, but sometimes you just feel like a veg.
Do you get bored? What do you do about it?

Apart from that, research my interests too, I guess. :) And browse forums.

I try to think of something fun or interesting that I like so I can become unbored but when that doesn't work; I may walk/pace around the house or I may day-dream & zone out or go to Yahoo messenger & forums & start complaining about it in hopes of finding someone to talk to to alleviate my boredom

Depends. Usually, I'll sit in my rocking chair and just rock back and forth and daydream. If I'm feeling down as well as bored, I sneak some of my mom's allergy meds if I can and go to sleep for the time to fly by. I never thought allergy meds were so effective when it comes to helping you sleep. They really knock you out.

I'm not sure about the US, but in the UK allergy medicines and over the counter sleeping pills (like Nytol) both contain some form of Diphenhydramine, so it's the same active ingrediant :D

Read, write, listen to music, play music, compose music, and once in a blue moon, draw.

I'm never bored. I don't have time for it.
I'm either too busy or I am recovering from being too busy.

But during times of relative inactivity, I might be:
-staring out the window
-reading a book
-meditating
-on the internet

I'm always bored, so I just go on on having a normal day.
