I used to love them. Now I like the idea of a steel gray sky, but seeing it depresses me.

No. I prefer warm and sunny weather.

Texas can get pretty hot and my eyes are extremely light sensitive. Clouds help with both of those issues.

But I don't particularly care for being wet.

So I like cloudy, but not rainy.

A harsh near-zenith sun beating down mercilessly amid a plain cobalt blue sky is not my idea of pleasant weather. The painful brightness and over-saturated green colors get to me after a while. Overly sunny weather can be downright ugly sometimes. I prefer at least partially cloudy skies. A lush damp environment with low hanging wisps of cloud touching the hills and tree-tops is what inspires me sometimes. It's also nice when the sun comes out right after a hard shower and everything has a wet hazy sheen to it.

Same way in Louisiana. I don't like rain if I have to be out in it or the power goes out or something but I spend a lot of time inside so I avoid some of the weather

I love overcast weather. I am very light sensitive, which is bad when you live in Las Vegas. Also it takes a lot of the heat out of the day. Best of all when it rains, the quality of the air improves significantly. I'd like to move to a rainy city like Seattle, but Vegas has a good balance of humidity(I have asthma and my lungs REALLY don't like humidity) and good winter weather.

Yes and we're getting some rain now .
After over 10 years of drought with no rain and water restrictions because our dams were getting to low I welcome the rain.

I love clouds! I don't mind getting a bit wet in the rain, but I hate feeling soggy.

I like clouds and rainy weather sometimes. Mostly it depends on my mood and on my plans.
I love summer rain. The heavy, warm and refreshing in the middle of a hot summer day kind of rain :)

I like cloudy skies (just as well as I live in Scotland) as my eyes are hypersensitive to sunlight. But, I don't like rain as I wear glasses, which smear, and my curly hair turns to cotton wool, which I hate.
