While it's true that I get very sleepy and tired at odd times of the day, I don't usually sleep the entire night(I have random awakenings). I suddenly get very tired during the day, and I just MUST sleep. Only I sleep for a couple of minutes, and then I feel as if I just woke up from a good nap. :? I also get very weak. Several times, when I'm reading lying on my back, I can't hold the book up, and it drops on my face. I also remember my dreams very well. They're very vivid, and I can have a dream even during one of my few minute 'naps'. I always thought I remembered my dreams because I thought of keeping a dream diary. Then remembering my dreams can come in handy. Every now and then I'll dream something which could make for a great project. I just can't have narcolepsy, though. I already have enough health issues as it is.

Does anyone here have narcolepsy? If you do, do you get treatment for it?

I do not have narcolepsy but I'm wondering if anyone has had experience or knows anything about the narcolepsy medication Sodium Oxybate or called GBH, brand name Xyrem. Some think it may help with Essential Tremors
