Performing with one or more people doesn't count. Have you ever gotten in front of a crowd, all by yourself, and performed for them?

I played the piano in front of my church for a Christmas event when I was either ten or eleven. I played We Three Kings.

When I was thirteen, I read aloud a book version of Pinocchio, complete with voice emphasizing and body movements, for my Theatre Arts class.

Also when I was thirteen, I sang a Christmas carol (Hark, the Herald Angels Sing) in front of a small crowd at Six Flags. It was for some thing where kids could sing Christmas songs. I lied about my age in order to get up on stage.

My first time ever was a solo in church with other children standing there as the choir. It felt to me like nothing was even coming out, but people said I did well. Many years later, my experience was the same when I played my trumpet in a contest in front of a full classroom of complete strangers ... and that is how solos have always been for me. People sometimes say I do well, but I never feel that way and I hardly ever really believe them.

I actually remembered playing the piano solo at a church once myself, I sure had alot of confidence as a kid to actually do that without having to feel nervous at all.

Nowadays, it's the opposite. What the heck happened there?

I've recently done a drum solo at my clubhouse during the coffee house that we had before Christmas. :)

I've sung solo a few times, and performed solo guitar pieces... the last time I did that I got so stressed I thought I was going to die, but I got through it.

Oh yes plenty of piano recitals where I had to play alone. I did sing My Heart Will Go On during college.

I have. I was a member of the theater group and the choir. I often played the main/second plan character or I singed the solo part. I also sang the psalms or read the Bible in church few times. I'm quite good actress, but unfortunately, real life has no script to play.

I have sang in front of crowds (not that I'm some amazing singer) a number of times, and played guitar and sang in front of them a few. It's been years since I played guitar in front of people, though. If you consider about a dozen people to be a "crowd," then I've also performed works of literature and poetry in front of people a few times for a class in the way the OP describes.

I perform music solo frequently. I have a dulcimer music ministry where I perform by myself in front of congregations for approximately an hour each time. I also perform church preludes by myself on the organ.

I was Mary in a Nativity scene as a kid, in a play, in several dance and music recitals, and in a play in high school. My mom was always amazed at how unfazed I was by preforming in front of a crowd compared to my (NT) friends. I also rode/showed horses in some competitions through adolescence.

*edit* I just saw that this said solo. Anyway, some of those times were solo.

Yep!
I do amazing karaoke. I can't look at the crowd though, just stare at the screen.
Last night I did the most awesome rendition of Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds.

I took part in the school talent show in 2006 and I sang "unchained melody". I was performing in front of family members of the pupils that took part.

I was once a Camp Ranger. That's where you live at a (summer) camp and give tours of the property, check on campers, loan them camping equipment and fix stuff. At a meeting where new parents were to be given an introduction to Campfire Girls AND Boys, the speaker did not show up on time. I was to speak for a few minutes until she got there as every one else refused. I wound up speaking ad-lib for TWO hours to 100 people. By the time she arrived, it was over.
